> Can I return miggo product ?

All miggo products leave our warehouse in full working order, and after an extensive quality assurance procedure. If for any reason you find that the miggo product does not work for you, we will accept it up to 60 days from purchase date.

We only accept returns for products purchased on mymiggo.com. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for miggo products purchased elsewhere.

Please send email to info@mymiggo.com to receive Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the nearest shipping address.In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The product(s) being returned
  • The reason for the return

Note: If the miggo product you received is damaged or defective, please send email to info@mymiggo.com with your complaint. DO NOT request to “return” a product which is covered under warranty.

You will be required to send the product back to the nearest miggo warehouse along with the RMA number before a return or exchange can be issued. miggo does not refund the original shipping costs on returned orders.

Please return the item to us in its original condition with the original product packaging.We also recommend using a traceable method of shipping, when returning a miggo product for refund.

Upon receipt of your return, our warehouse will inspect the product’s condition. A credit will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse. The return  can only be in the form of a refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase, via PayPal.
