We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us at Customer Services Department.
Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
All miggo products leave our warehouse in full working order, and after an extensive quality assurance procedure. If for any reason you find that the miggo product does not work for you, we will accept it up to 60 days from purchase date.
We only accept returns for products purchased on mymiggo.com. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for miggo products purchased elsewhere.
Please send email to [email protected] to receive Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the nearest shipping address.
In your email, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The product(s) being returned
- The reason for the return
Note: If the miggo product you received is damaged or defective, please send email to [email protected] with your complaint. DO NOT request to “return” a product which is covered under warranty.
You will be required to send the product back to the nearest miggo warehouse along with the RMA number before a return or exchange can be issued. miggo does not refund the original shipping costs on returned orders.
Please return the item to us in its original condition with the original product packaging.
We also recommend using a traceable method of shipping, when returning a miggo product for refund.
Upon receipt of your return, our warehouse will inspect the product’s condition. A credit will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse. The return can only be in the form of a refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase, via PayPal.
