Our customers enjoy the best possible service. Our service reps know everything there is to know about the products, because they also designed them, and they can track the customers’ actions all the way till they receive the product.

3. Free shipping in the US with verified delivery services.

miggo chooses the best level of delivery services. We run operations in two locations: the US and Europe. The products you order are shipped within 2 business days and arrive within 21 days, usually even beforehand. This is our shipping policy:

  • Free shipping in the US.
  • In the rest of the world, except Australia, shipping is $15. We currently do not ship to Australia.
  • For the following EU countries the shipping is free:

Cyprus, Austria, Belguim, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

This cost is added to the total at the end of the order. In addition, US customers can select two extra shipping services:

  • Express delivery – arrives within 2-8 business days, at an additional cost of $12.
  • Mail delivery – arrives within 5-14 business days, at an additional cost of $5.

4. Product didn’t meet your expectations? You have 60 days to get a replacement.

If you ordered a product from us and it didn’t meet your expectations, even if there’s no technical problem with it, feel free to contact us and receive a replacement, up to 60 days from the date of shipment, free of charge. After 60 days, we will be happy to replace the product – but you will have to pay the shipping cost. This is a special service that we cannot provide to customers who bought our products elsewhere. In order to provide this service, please send us the following information to

  • Order number
  • Product
  • Proof of purchase (receipt / invoice)
  • Reason for replacement

This, of course, comes in addition to our guarantee to all customers – read about it in the next section.

5. Is the product broken, torn or damaged? You have 2 years warranty – and if you need more, even 5 years!

A damaged, broken or torn product gets treated by us directly -no third parties, no middlemen. It’s important we emphasize that our products undergo the most stringent quality control processes. For example: weight and shaking tests, water testing in storm-proof products (we’re the only ones that really match IPX3 standards) and other useful tests. However, if a product is indeed found to have a manufacturing defect, contact us at with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product
  • Proof of purchase (receipt / invoice)
  • Reason for replacement + picture of the product

Full warranty terms can be found here. Customers who are interested in extended warranty (and hey, why not?) on our products (except Pictar) receive it free of charge. Why? Just because. So leave your email on the next page, and the warranty will automatically be extended to 5 years. Pictar collection products are guaranteed one year from the date of receiving the product, and if you wish to expand the warranty, it can extended for another year.
